Chongqing Xunguo Construction Co., Ltd. was founded in April 2018 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. It is a construction enterprise boasting complete qualifications and strong capabilities. Currently, the company holds Grade II general contracting licenses for architectural engineering construction, municipal public works construction, hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering construction, and highway engineering construction, as well as specialized contracting licenses at Grade II for steel structure engineering, architectural decoration and fitting-out engineering, environmental protection engineering, and construction labor services. Its business covers multiple key sectors within the construction industry. In terms of organizational structure and layout, the company has five major functional departments: the General Office, the Finance Department, the Engineering Department, the Safety Department, and the Business Development Department, ensuring efficient and coordinated operations. The company also has one branch office and one representative office, serving key regions such as Southwest China and providing robust support for project implementation. Regarding its talent pool, the company currently employs 36 Grade I and Grade II constructors, 200 engineering and technical personnel (including 45 with intermediate titles and 155 with junior titles), over 700 skilled workers, and 62 managers at various levels, forming a talent pipeline that is both professionally comprehensive and richly experienced.
Since its establishment, the company has seized the development opportunities presented by urban and rural construction, leveraging its strong capabilities to undertake a large number of key engineering projects. Over the past three years, representative projects include the new construction of the G351 Canxi Service Area in Shizhu County, the 2021 Rural Drinking Water Safety Consolidation and Enhancement Project in Tongxin Village, Hezui Township, the Huanglian Avenue Landscape Improvement Project in Huangshui Town, the Bridge Rehabilitation Projects for Dongkou Bridge in Sanhe Town and Tenglong Bridge in Ma Wu Town, the Smooth-Access “Four Good Rural Roads” Project in Wanfu Village, Wanchao Town, the Wastewater Treatment Project for the 220kV Nanbin Substation and Other Facilities of Chongqing Shizhu Branch of State Grid, and the Infrastructure Project for Industrial Structure Adjustment in Dabao Village, Sanyi Township. Additionally, the company has completed over 50 projects in total, including Phase III of Lanzhou Lanyuan Residential Complex and Phases I to III of Xinjiucheng·Jiangshan Yue. All undertaken projects have been carried out strictly according to the standards of "superior quality and zero safety incidents," successfully establishing the company’s excellent reputation and earning widespread customer trust.
In recent years, the company has continued to deepen reform and comprehensively implemented a quality management system, constantly enhancing its core competitiveness. On the other hand, we place great emphasis on technological innovation and brand building, proactively adopting new technologies, processes, and equipment.
